Ruth has 20 years experience in New Zealand public sector working in local government, shared service environments and consulting in the areas of operations and programme management, people and transformation and organisational alignment. She has worked extensively with governance boards and joint service entities in the delivery of complex work programmes.
Ruth has extensive experience in process improvement and all aspects of operations leadership, and management of change. She has led strategy development and managed sensitive stakeholder engagements, the development of change and communications strategies, as well as the artifacts to support detailed delivery. Sarah Neill, Principal Consultant
Sarah has 15 years experience in New Zealand public sector working on transformation projects which include designing programmes, introducing new operating models, business systems improvement and reporting and planning processes.
Sarah has deep understanding of the Machinery of Government and governance arrangements and has managed inter-agency working groups, and shared services initiatives. She has worked in agencies such as Hutt City Council, MSD, NZ Fire, Civil Aviation Authority, LINZ, Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Research Science and Technology, Department of Labour, Department of Corrections, and Ministry of Justice.
